Diane D. Tremor represents clients on complex administrative, land use and environmental issues associated with agency rule making and rule challenges, permitting, comprehensive planning, water use matters, developments of regional impact, solid waste disposal facilities, solid waste resource recovery facilities, aquifer storage facilities and electric power generating facilities, as well as professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Her focus is environmental and land use permitting issues. For 14 years, Ms. Tremor has presided over numerous adversarial hearings involving state and local government as a Hearing Officer with the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.
Ms. Tremor currently serves as counsel to the Utility Board of the City of Key West for environmental matters. She also serves as a special Hearing Officer for private entities not subject to the State's Administrative Procedure Act and several state agencies in informal proceedings. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Administrative Law Section, Environmental and Land Use Section, and City, County and Local Government Law Section. Ms. Tremor is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
