F. Marshall Deterding has more than 25 years of experience in the practice of law representing public utilities, developers and landowners in utility, water rights and water and environmental matters before regulatory agencies. Such agencies include the Florida Public Service Commission, Florida Water Management Districts, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and local government regulatory bodies.
Mr. Deterding served as a Director of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies as well as its Legal and Legislative Vice President during the Association's active years. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Deterding began his career serving as a Utility Auditor for the Florida Public Service Commission between 1977 and 1982.
Mr. Deterding is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
