William E. Sundstrom practices law in the areas of utilities and public finance. Mr. Sundstrom represents cities and clients in negotiations involving the expansion and financing of water and wastewater utilities, and also serves as lead counsel on several billion dollars of private utility and public utility financings. He has previously served as assistant city attorney of the City of East Lansing, Michigan and staff counsel for the Florida Public Service Commission.
Mr. Sundstrom is a member of The Florida Bar and The State Bar of Michigan. He has received the Martindale-Hubbell AV rating. Mr. Sundstrom served as director of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies and the Florida Works Association.
He is recognized by Florida Trend as a member of the "Florida Legal Elite," as determined by his peers in the Florida legal community. This honor ranks Mr. Sundstrom among the top two percent of all attorneys practicing in the state of Florida.
